- Enter your email address
- You will now receive a verification code in your inbox.
- Fill this in, your account has been created.

I forgot my password, what can I do?
You don't need a password for our webshop. Simply enter your email address and you'll immediately receive a verification code to log in.
How can I change my details?
- Once you are logged in, click on the 'account' icon.
- Click on 'profile'
- You can change and/or add your details.
Order
How do I place an order?
- Go to the product you want to order.
- If necessary, select the correct size, color or variant.
- Click on 'add to cart'.
- Go to your shopping cart, check your order and click 'checkout'.
- Enter your details and select your payment method.
- Click on 'pay now' and place your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you've placed an order, we can no longer change or cancel it. Therefore, it's wise to double-check your order and details before placing it.
Don't want to keep something? No problem, you can easily return your order.
I didn't receive a confirmation, what should I do?
Sometimes, due to high demand, it may take a little longer before you receive confirmation of your order.
If you haven't received anything after 3 hours, please contact us here.

How do I know if my payment was successful?
Once your order is processed, you'll immediately see a confirmation page notifying you that your order has been received. A confirmation email will then be sent with all the details of your order.
If you're still unsure whether everything is in order, check if the money has been debited from your account. If not, the order probably wasn't processed correctly.
How do I use a discount code?
- Add your favorite items to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- In the overview you will see a field with 'discount code'.
- Enter your code there and click 'apply'.
I'm getting an error message when I enter my discount code, what should I do?
Don't worry, it could have several causes.
- Check that you have copied the code exactly (capital letters and numbers matter)
- Check if the code is still valid, some promotions have an expiry date.
- Please check whether this applies to the products you have added to your shopping cart.
- Have you used the code before? They can often only be used once per customer.

Deliver
When can I expect my order?
We aim to ship your order by the end of the next business day, so it will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Due to high demand, this may unfortunately take longer in some cases. Your package should arrive within 1 to 3 days.
Please note: Carriers experience high demand around the holidays, so order on time!
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
For all orders above €49.99, you pay no shipping costs.
For all orders under €49.99, shipping costs will be charged when you place your order.
Shipping costs are €4.95 for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I track my order?
We're doing everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with more information. Delivery times depend on your location. All orders include track & trace.
Can I change the delivery address?
After you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to change details.
Therefore, please check carefully whether all the information you have entered is correct before your order is finally placed.

Your order may have been delayed by the carrier. Therefore, always check your track & trace first, as it indicates the status of your order.

Our goal is to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know, and we'll do our best to resolve it with you.
Are there any purchases that cannot be returned?
All products can be returned within 14 days.
Do you have a guarantee against discoloration?
We don't guarantee discoloration. If something does discolor quickly, please contact us!
Jewelry made of 925 silver, copper, or alloy may discolor over time due to contact with water, perfume, or even the acidity of your skin. Therefore, we cannot guarantee against discoloration with these materials.

What material is your jewelry made of?
We use a variety of materials, but we offer gold-plated jewelry, which is jewelry with a layer of real gold. Our gold plating is 14 karat. For silver-colored jewelry, we use white gold, and for rose-colored jewelry, we use a layer of rose gold.
Plus, most of the jewelry is made of stainless steel! Super strong and perfect for everyday use.
And good to know: all our jewelry is nickel-free 💛
Do your jewelry discolor?
That depends on the material.
Our stainless steel jewelry is waterproof and tarnish-resistant – so you can shower, swim, and even wear perfume without worry.
Jewelry made of 925 silver, copper, or alloy may discolor over time due to contact with water, perfume, or the acidity of your skin. Therefore, we cannot guarantee against discoloration with these materials.
Do I need to maintain my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made to last and requires almost no maintenance. We only recommend being careful with cleaning products, chlorine, and perfume . Want to make it shine? Polish it occasionally with a soft cloth—and it'll shine like new! ✨
How do I keep my silver jewelry beautiful?
Silver jewelry (925 silver) is of top quality, but silver can darken slightly due to air and moisture.
This is how you keep them beautiful:
- Polish them occasionally with a soft silver cloth.
- Remove them when using perfume or personal care products.
- It is best not to wear them while sleeping, showering or exercising.
- Store them in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box.
This way your jewelry stays shiny and like new! 💫
The product I want is sold out, will it come back?
We understand that's frustrating! Unfortunately, we can't always say whether an item will be returned.
But: for most products, you can leave your email address on the product page. As soon as the item is back in stock, we'll send you an email, so you'll be the first to know!
Can I shower, exercise or sleep with my jewelry?
This varies per material.
We recommend removing your jewelry when showering, sleeping, or exercising . Water, sweat, and perfume can affect the color and shine over time.
Want to enjoy them for as long as possible? Store them in a dry place and wear them with a little love 💛
Discounts & Promotions
I can't apply my discount code, what now?
Please check this:
- Check the code – is it exactly right (letters/numbers, no spaces)?
- Validity – Has the code not expired yet?
- Terms and conditions – sometimes a minimum amount or 1x use per customer applies.
- Exclusions – Some items are excluded from discount .
- Do not stack – sometimes you can only use one code per order.
- Try again – remove the code, refresh the page, and enter it again at Checkout → Discount Code .

Can I return items from the sale?
Yes! If your online (sale) purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can simply return it.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.
Are there special conditions for sales?
Yes, a few things to keep in mind:
- During sales/promotions , processing and delivery may take slightly longer than normal.
- It is not possible to deduct a discount afterwards (not even if your item goes on sale later).
- Sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt (just like other products).
- Sale prices may change daily ; price reductions are not retroactive .
- If you pay with Klarna , the 30-day payment term remains in effect, even if there's a delay.
Returns
I can't find my order in the returns portal
First, check that you're logged in with the correct email address and that you placed the order through that account . Still don't see it? Don't worry — just send us a message and we'll look into it right away.
What is the return period for Chiq & Cozy?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt .
Please make sure that the items are returned unworn, undamaged and with labels attached .
Please always keep your return receipt until we have fully processed your return.
Are there any costs associated with my return shipment?
Yes, when you return an item you pay a small contribution via our returns portal:
- From the Netherlands : €4.99
- From Belgium : €5.99
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it within 14 days .
You will receive an email from us as soon as everything has been unpacked and processed.
Refund time per payment method:
- iDEAL / Bancontact: within 5 working days
- Credit card (MasterCard / Visa): within 14 business days
- Klarna: You will receive an adjusted invoice by email
If the money hasn't arrived in your account after that period, please contact us and we'll check it for you.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. Would you prefer a different size or color? Please place a new order and return the old item within 14 days .
Please note: any discounts may expire with the new order.
I no longer have the packaging, is that a problem?
No problem! You can also send your return in a different sturdy box or bag , as long as the items are properly packaged. Please always register your return first through our digital returns portal .
If you've removed the original label from the item, unfortunately we can't accept returns.
I'm receiving payment reminders from Klarna even though I've already returned an item. How is that possible?
Your return has probably not yet been fully processed within Klarna's payment term.
Therefore, always register your return with Klarna . They can temporarily pause your invoice to prevent any additional costs.
You can also choose to pay the entire invoice in advance. As soon as your return has been processed, the amount will be automatically refunded to you.
Other return conditions
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs and risk of returns are at your own expense.
- We only accept undamaged and unworn items with tags attached.
If you return the entire order , you will also be reimbursed for the shipping costs of your order (you only pay the return costs yourself).
